Terms of Service

This website and any related services (the “Site”) are operated by PVC KINGS LLC, doing business as PVC Solutions Boston (“PVC Solutions Boston,” “PVC KINGS LLC,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, submitting a form, requesting an estimate, scheduling service, or communicating with us (including via SMS/text message), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

SMS Messaging Terms & A2P/10DLC Compliance

Brand/Sender Identification: Text messages are sent by or on behalf of PVC KINGS LLC d/b/a PVC Solutions Boston. You may see the sender identified as “PVC Solutions Boston” in messages.

  1. Program Description Our SMS messaging program provides appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling and service updates, estimate/consultation coordination, and customer support communications related to services you request from PVC Solutions Boston through our Site, our scheduling forms, over the phone, or in person. Where applicable, we may also send promotional/marketing messages only to individuals who have explicitly opted in to receive marketing texts. Opt-In Method: Opt-in is collected via web forms and/or other consent-based methods with a dedicated SMS consent checkbox or equivalent affirmative action. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase.

  4. Carrier Liability Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  5. Message Frequency Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us, your appointment schedule, and your service needs. You may receive multiple messages per appointment or project (e.g., confirmations, reminders, and updates).
  6. Message & Data Rates Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
  7. Supported Carriers Our SMS program works with most major U.S. wireless carriers (including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint) and many regional carriers. Carrier support may vary.
  8. Age Restriction You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.
